Savina

For universities

A distance-learning and digital-transformation partner for universities

The university keeps every academic role. Savina runs the whole operation: platform, digital course materials, enrolment, in-person exams at home and abroad, and student support through to graduation.

Built to current regulations

Circular 56/2026 caps online assessment at 50% of a course's weighting. Savina runs in-person final exams at home and abroad so universities stay within this limit.

Circular 49/2026

The learning platform is designed to the technology requirements for teaching: learner identity verification, logged learning and exam activity, and anti-cheating measures.

Circular 83/2026

Meets criterion 3.4 of the higher-education institution standard on a learning management system with the minimum required functions.

Circular 04/2025

The digital materials workflow produces an automatic audit log that checks each course against all 52 programme-accreditation criteria, with an evidence file.

What Savina can take on

Learning platform

A branded learning portal for distance or whole-university use. Video lectures, SCORM materials, an AI tutor with citations, proctored online exams, progress and reports, and HEMIS data checks before submission.

Digital materials and Savina Studio

One source of content, three quality levels. Lecturers approve scripts, Savina films and packages SCORM; each course is handed over with an audit log and evidence file.

International enrolment and exams

Enrolment alongside the university's own channels, and lead enrolment in Japan, Taiwan and, from 2027, South Korea. Exams in the host country: venue, logistics, support invigilators, travel for university staff.

Operations and student support

Class operations, progress reminders, technical support and regular reports to the university.

Included at no charge

Help drafting the distance-learning or digital-transformation proposal in the university's format, draft regulations, and training for lecturers and staff.

One system for the whole distance-learning journey.

Students: courses by term, video lectures, a 24/7 AI tutor, SCORM language courses, voice practice with AI, proctored exams. Lecturers: exam building, question shuffling, central marking with AI-suggested grades. University: dashboards, per-student progress, HEMIS data checks.

Screens come from a demo environment with sample data. "F-Future" in the video footer is a platform in the Savina group; in deployment, the portal carries the university's name and brand.
